Every six months we meet for a formal training session which covers both technicals and commercial aspect. Our training is based on pre-set agenda and aimed at developing the spirit of professionalism among our team.

These training sessions allow us to share ideas and outlay problems all with the intend of upgrading and improving our services.

In addition, to that we have established standards and norms for employee performance appraisals. This monotoring system enables us to maintain the knowledge and behavior of each member of our staff up to the standards of the company.
